I called in by phone and admittedly had a pretty specific vision (in other words, I was picky!?) , but they were incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. They even took the time to check additional stock, including items in the basement, to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or like a bother, just genuinely cared for as a customer.
I also really appreciated their thoughtful communication. They texted the recipient when they weren’t able to connect to let them know a delivery was waiting, then kept me in the loop with an email once the plant was successfully delivered.
It’s rare to feel that seen and appreciated - such a wonderful experience all around!
