Twigs was truly a pleasure to work with. I called in by phone and admittedly had a pretty specific vision (in other words, I was picky!?) , but they were incredibly patient and kind throughout the entire process. They even took the time to check additional stock, including items in the basement, to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I never felt rushed or like a bother, just genuinely cared for as a customer.

I also really appreciated their thoughtful communication. They texted the recipient when they weren’t able to connect to let them know a delivery was waiting, then kept me in the loop with an email once the plant was successfully delivered.

It’s rare to feel that seen and appreciated - such a wonderful experience all around!

Because the Basket Garden was sold out, the nicest lady called me and described alternatives that she had available. She helped me to choose a different live basket that was just beautiful when I saw it for myself at the funeral home. I appreciate the thoughtful and personal assistance I was shown!

The unusual exotic plant I purchased for a neighbor was just perfect and delivered quickly. I appreciate the wide range of plants and gifts here as well as the quality and freshness of the arrangements I've purchased at Twig's. The choices are always new and in season. It's fun just to go in and look, even if you're not purchasing. (Yeah, try to get out without purchasing!?)

I found them on google and gave a call. The lady that answered was very professional and personable. She got my info and my description of what I wanted. She stayed within my price range and completed our order. I received updates on delivery and its completion. The recipient was beyond touched, with a heart feeling encouraged —- I couldn’t have done that without the quality of confidence from this flower shop! Thank you!!!

Amazing everytime

It was a great place to walk into everyone their had a smile and very friendly.very pleased with that they know how to joke around but at same time help you with what your looking for .the price of the flowers I don't thank not too high on that but not as cheap flower for your loved one.
So yeah for ro check them out .great people work their go see them
