Ordering process was easy. Not exactly sure what I wanted, but I knew I wanted deep fall colors. I was encouraged to get the Designer Choice. They were very professional and nice to speak with. The flowers were delivered on time. My Aunt loved her flowers. She said it was the prettiest arrangement that she had ever seen. She also loved the vase. I am from out of State and send flowers to friends in Independence every year. Twigs always designs and prepares our order with care and delivers exactly when we ask. I’m sure ordering on line is very easy and efficient too but I order directly with the shop by phone. They always take whatever time is needed to get the order right.
Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.
